1. INTERPRETATION

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

1.1.1 "Company" means enCORE, A Lagree Fitness Studio LLC

1.1.2 "Member" means any person who has completed and submitted the online registration.

1.1.3 "Studio" means any enCORE studio, and a reference to a Studio will pertain to the specific studio where a Member has booked to attend a class or private session.

1.1.4 "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions.

1.2 References in the Terms and Conditions to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to the masculine gender include the feminine gender.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form.

1.4 The Company reserves the right to amend and update the Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to Members, and continued use of the Studio's services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

1.5 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States courts.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By completing registration, individuals become Members of the Studio.

2.2 Members confirm they have no physical or health limitations preventing participation.

2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse membership at its discretion.

2.4 The Company may suspend or terminate memberships for conduct deemed harmful or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Guests accompanying Members must register and accept these Terms before attending a class.

2.6 Members under 18 must provide written consent from a parent or guardian.

3. STUDIO OPERATIONS

3.1 Class schedules are subject to change and will be available online or at the Studio.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Pricing details are available at the Studio or on the website.

4.2 Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.3 Payments made in installments are processed as agreed in the contract.

4.4 Studio credits are transferable within the same household but cannot be shared outside of immediate family.

4.5 Auto-renewal packages must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid charges.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

5.2 Products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and undamaged. Refunds are provided only if no replacement is available.

5.3 No-shows will incur a $25 fee. Late cancellations (less than 8 hours before the class start time) will incur a $15 fee. For Members with class packages, a late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the class.

6. FITNESS AND HEALTH

6.1 Members confirm they are in good health to participate in classes.

6.2 The Studio must be notified of any health changes that could affect participation.

6.3 Members should seek medical advice if unsure of their fitness to participate.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 The Company is not liable for unavailable classes, instructors, or equipment.

7.2 Participation is at the Member's own risk. The Company advises consulting a doctor before starting any exercise program.

8. USE OF FACILITIES

8.1 Facilities may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

8.2 Children under 18 may attend only with an adult.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

9.1 The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

10. DRESS CODE

10.1 Members must wear appropriate attire, including grip socks, which are available for purchase.

10.2 Any jewelry that could damage the surface of the megaformer should be removed prior to class

11. SAFETY & HYGIENE

11.1 Only water is permitted in the Studio.

11.2 Fire exits must not be obstructed.

12. GENERAL

12.1 Changes to contact information must be reported promptly.

12.2 The Studio guidelines must be followed at all times.

12.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse admission.

12.4 Communications may be sent via email & text message. By providing an email address and phone number, Members consent to this form of communication.
